The CYZ self-priming centrifugal oil pump is a newly upgraded model developed through the integration and improvement of advanced domestic and international pump technologies. Designed for efficient, reliable transfer of petroleum products and light chemicals, this pump is widely used in oil depots, tankers, petroleum processing facilities, and marine environments. It can also function as a cargo oil pump, bilge pump, fire pump, ballast pump, or cooling water circulation pump, making it a versatile solution for industrial and marine operations.

Working Principle

The CYZ pump operates based on the centrifugal self-priming principle. Before starting, a small amount of liquid remains in the pump chamber. When the impeller rotates, it creates a strong centrifugal force that mixes this retained liquid with incoming air to generate a gas–liquid mixture. This mixture is discharged through the volute, gradually forming a vacuum at the suction port. As a result, external liquid is automatically drawn into the pump without the need for external priming, enabling quick start-up and stable suction capability up to 6 meters.
